We deliver up to a 22 mile radius from our location.

 

Orders outside our delivery zone will be canceled.

 

 

Same-Day Delivery

 

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [12:30 p.m.].

 

Orders placed after cutoff will be delivered the next business day.

 

 

Delivery Times

 

We do not guarantee exact delivery times unless a specific delivery window was purchased.

 

 

Recipient Not Available

 

If the recipient is unavailable:

 

• We may leave the arrangement in a safe location

• We may leave with a neighbor

• We may reschedule delivery (additional fee may apply)

 

Once delivery is completed, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

 

 

Incorrect Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

 

Additional delivery attempts may incur fees.
