The Basics

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and custom arrangements:

 

We do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

 

 

Quality Concerns

 

If there is a quality issue clearly caused by our error (e.g., damaged arrangement, incorrect item delivered), we will:

 

  • Replace the item at no additional cost

    OR

  • Provide store credit at our discretion

 

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Clear photos

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

 

We reserve the right to deny replacement requests not supported by clear evidence.

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

We do not replace or refund due to:

 

  • Recipient dissatisfaction with style preference

  • Minor variations in flower types or colors

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Refusal of delivery by recipient
